Stardate, 5428.3. Several months into her five-year mission, Lexington is carrying emergency medical supplies to a frontier colony when she suffers a catastrophic drive failure. Repairs have to be completed rapidly to avoid drifting into Klingon space and condemning the colonists to an unpleasant fate.
Stardate, 9884.4. In the midst of celebrating the 183rd day of the mission, Lyonesse receives a distress call from what seams to be the missing Vulcan research cruiser, VES Sonak. Finding the vessel apparently wrecked and lifeless, the away team are surprised when they find the crew very much alive.

Stardate, 9871.7. Lyonesse encounters an apparently-abandoned alien vessel in the vicinity of a recent supernova. The boarding party encounters ghostly lights and hostile vegetation and plants, while something stalks them in the shadows as they try to solve the mystery.
Stardate, 9861.8. The landing party embeds themselves into the local civilisation in order to learn how to get to the pilgrim route up the volcano. Captain Masuda and her crew discover they may not be the only warp-capable civilisation moving about the nebula.
Stardate, 9857.2. Lyonesse conducts major repairs while her Anthropology Officer plans an away mission with a difference.
Stardate, 9851.9. Plot: Lyonesse heads for the entrance to the nebula, carrying Atlantis’s crew back to Deep Space 3. Unfortunately, that won’t be as simple as they think, and plans have to be revised.
Stardate 9842.7. Captain Masuda and her away team find they have to resolve the conflict among Atlantis’s crew before they can rescue them all.
Stardate 9815.1. Dr Vale and Lt Astan fight to prevent the hijacking of a civilian transport by pirates.
Stardate 9842.6. As the mouth of the wormhole expands, the crew turns its attention to the possibility of rescuing the crew of Atlantis, and staging their own escape.
Stardate 9842.5. Receiving an ancient Earth Starfleet distress signal from a crashed shuttlepod, Lyonesse rescues a crazed survivor, while sensors detect a vessel stranded in the event horizon of the nearby wormhole.
